Induction cooking With a five-zone induction hob on the top of the Delphi 100 Twin you can enjoy quick and responsive cooking without worrying about wasted energy. This innovative technology uses a current running through the hob to heat the pan itself, rather than the surface of the hob. Heating the vessel instead of the hob not only makes this hob safer to use, but also makes it cheaper to run, as minimal energy is wasted. The five zones have nine power levels, so it's easy to choose the right power to suit whatever you're cooking, and there's a handy boost function when you need a bit more power.
