Powerful cooking The PKN811D17E features four zones which provide powerful and responsive heating. Electromagnets under the hob surface heat the pan directly, which means less energy is wasted and heat control is almost instantaneous. Since only the pan is heated, spillages won't get burned onto the surface, making it much easier to keep clean. Each of the four zones has 17 power levels, easily controlled using the TouchSelect front-mounted touch controls. Extending your space Using the touch sensor on the hob, you'll be able to extend one of the heating zones to get even more from your hob. This extendable cooking zone helps you to cater for larger cookware such as roasting pans and fish kettles.
