Creating mouth-watering teppanyaki dishes is easy using the AEG FM4800TYAN induction teppan domino hob. Foods are prepared (heated) directly on the cooking surface, with or without fat - the latter making for a healthier option! Accompaniments, e.g. sauces, rice, etc., can be cooked or kept warm in pots or pans placed directly on the cooking surface. And this is how it works: The surface itself is made of two layers of stainless steel with a layer of aluminum between them. Using induction allows it to heat up extremely quickly and reach a high temperature. The cooking area is split into two zones (front and back) which can be controlled independently, and you can set the temperature of either area. Touch controls make using the FM4800TYAN a breeze, and there’s even a timer which helps avoids the risk of you over-cooking your favourite ingredients.
