Efficient cooking The 60 cm SIM-62B is a multizone induction hob that helps you cook quickly and easily. It has 4 zones which automatically detect the size and position of your pans and pots. It then heats up the exact spot where they stand, which provides optimum heat, efficiency and flexible cooking options. It's easy to control the hob with the front-mounted touch controls. There are individual timers for each zone, and you have plenty of control over power as there are 12 power levels and 4 boosters. Built with safety in mind The SIM62-B has a child lock which stops little hands from playing with the controls, helping to keep them safe. There's an overheating protection system which adjusts the output of the hob if a pan is left on the zone, helping to prevent damage to the pan. There is also an overflow protection system that helps to keep you safe by turning off the hob if something is spilt on the controls or if they are obscured by something.
