    The Panasonic DMC-LX5 is a camera designed for serious photographers who don’t want the bulk of a digital SLR hanging round their neck. It’s packed with advanced features, including a 10.1 megapixel resolution, a high-quality 24mm wide angle Leica DC Vario-Summicron lens, plus Venus Engine FHD featuring Intelligent Resolution Technology. It is particularly good for taking photos in low light conditions thanks to its high-sensitivity CCD. It’s also a fully manual digital camera including manual focus and manual exposure, which can be smoothly operated with a joystick to adjust white balance, high ISO setting, image size setting and compression format. The aspect ratio is easily selectable between 3:2 and the conventional 4:3 by using a slider switch on the lens barrel. The high resolution 3 inch LCD screen allows you to view images or compose your shots from different angles. The Auto Power LCD function will adjust the image, making it easier to view. The LX5 also allows you to record high definition 720p video clips and has a Creative Movie mode for some wonderful artistic results. Just press the Motion Picture Button, and shooting begins. To play back your blockbuster, simply connect the camera to your HD ready TV via a mini HDMI cable (not included) to view your clips and HD photos on the big screen
