Inside the main oven are 9 functions, with three Circo functions included: CircoTherm, CircoTherm Intensive and CircoRoasting. Conventional top and bottom heat, as well as bottom heat only - perfect for finishing pastry bases or pizzas - are also featured. There is also a variable full-width grill and a defrost setting. Rear, side and roof catalytic liners help in keeping the interior clean. The Circotherm system uses a powerful fan to draw in air from the oven interior.
