The Aquaspray system showers soapy water on to the laundry for a first-class wash, using less water for standard programmes, thus saving energy. The drying part of the JLWD1610 includes automatic settings with sensor control, ranging from ‘extra dry’ to ‘iron dry’. For added convenience, you can set the machine to dry automatically at the end of the wash cycle. A 1600 rpm spin speed reduces the drying time, and thanks to an inverter motor everything runs more smoothly to provide quicker washing times and quieter operation. Aqua Control helps protect against potential leaks. The JLWD1610 has 21 wash programmes, which includes a 14-minute quick wash and a special delicates function. An LED display indicates programme sequence and time to run, and you can delay the start of your wash and dry by up to 19 hours, to take advantage of off-peak electricity. Meanwhile, a flow sensor calculates how much water is required for your load, providing the best wash without wasting water, energy or detergent.
